WELCOME  BACK INFORMATION

WE ARE NOW IN PHASE 2:

First, I want to say, “Thank you!” to our staff, council, serve teams, and all the volunteers who have worked so diligently over the the last 3 months to make church happen in spite of this crisis that we have faced . I also want to say thank each of you who call Montclair Tabernacle home for your support, participation, and giving so faithfully over these few weeks – You are incredible!

I wan to take a few moments to describe to you what you can expect if and when you plan to return to church. We understand if there are those of you who are not ready and are choosing to wait. We hope you will continue to watch our services ONLINE each week. For those that are returning, your safety is our number one concern and we are doing our best to take precautions to make everyone feel as comfortable returning as possible. We hope that you will join us for two exciting worship opportunities: 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM

THE FOLLOWING STEPS HAVE AND WILL BE TAKEN TO MAKE REUNITING A SAFE EXPERIENCE:

  • We are following all of the guidelines issued by the CDC and the Commonwealth of VA.
  • The building will be thoroughly cleaned and is  being prepared for your arrival.
  • A Clean Team is ready to serve at each service making sure that restrooms, doorknobs, etc are disinfected.
  • Hand sanitizer and extra face masks are available. For the protection of everyone in attendance and to adhere to the regulations set forth by executive order #63 we are encouraging everyone to wear masks unless you have a medical condition or severe irritant to masks.
  • Safe Signs are printed and posted in strategic locations including floor decals.
  • Chairs are arranged to 50% of our capacity and to maintain the physical distancing guideline.
  • Touch-less appliances have been installed in restrooms.
  • Our foyer has been moved to the outside of the building – weather permitting.
  • All classes will continue Online through the month of June.
  • Nurseries will be available for nursing mothers only.
  • Children will be in the Sanctuary during worship and then dismissed at a specific time to enjoy an outdoor learning adventure under the Kids World Tents. This activity is optional and at the discretion of parents.
  • When you arrive our parking lot team will meet you and give you a friendly welcome, then our greeter team will welcome you into the building where you will be seated in our brand new sanctuary.
  • Our Sanctuary has been totally redesigned and we hope you enjoy the modern and fresh look we have prepared for being Re-United.
