Gary and Brenda Caruthers have been at Montclair Tabernacle for 27 years. Pastor's passion for Christ, and his determination to see the harvest of souls won in Prince William and surrounding counties, has motivated this church to reach out and touch our world. Brenda Caruthers is a wonderful Bible teacher and has also been a source of encouragement and hope to this local body of believers. Brenda also directs our music program. Her zeal for worship and for this church to experience the presence of God is only matched by her commitment to God's people. These two choice servants are truly a blessing of God to our church.

Brad and Erica have been at Montclair Tabernacle since 1996. Their continuing desire is to see the students of Prince William County find and fulfill their purpose in life. To radically live, passionately love, and obediently serve... Jesus Christ! Pastor Brad also oversees the areas of communications, multi-media and creative arts at Montclair Tabernacle. Erica is the director of "Connect Four", Montclair Tabs discipleship training program. She is also responsible for wedding coordination and assists in music ministry.

Thomas and Vanessa Lott have been serving this local body for 6 years; and have been in ministry for over 22 years.  Their passion is to see God's people equipped and involved in personal ministry. Pastor Lott oversees Marriage Ministries and helps with Outreach Ministries and Ministry & Leader development. Vanessa is involved in the Music Ministry, Hospitality Ministry and is the director of Marriage 4Life Ministries, which is committed to cultivating healthy marriages both inside and outside the church & to see the covenant of marriage restored in this generation.
